Bridget henry, Ph.D.
President and Co-Founder

Bridget Henry, Ph.D. is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. She has a private practice based in Phoenix, Arizona, and her services are primarily offered via telehealth. She offers telehealth services to most U.S. states. She is an active member of the International OCD Foundation and has presented at several IOCDf conferences. She is passionate about creating opportunities for connection for individuals with OCD and their loved ones, as well as increasing access to effective care. 

JENNIFER DVOSKIN, PSY.D.

Dr. Jennifer Dvoskin is a clinical psychologist, licensed in Arizona and Mississippi.  She has been in private practice since 2010, specializing in psychotherapy for teenagers and young adults. Dr. Dvoskin has specialty training in CBT for OCD in adolescents, Exposure-Response Prevention in the treatment of OCD and anxiety, and family-based therapy for the treatment of Anorexia Nervosa. She has completed specialty training through the Child Trauma Academy, Brene Brown's Daring Way Curriculum, and the U of A’s Integrative Medicine program. She has experience working with elite athletes at the High School and College levels. Her exceptional work in private practice earned her the Arizona Psychological Foundation’s Outstanding Early Career Psychologist award, being named one of Tucson’s 40 Under 40 Rising Stars, and the Southern Arizona Peter Attarian Award in 2023.

Dr. Allison Solomon is a licensed psychologist and founder and director of The Virtual Center for Anxiety & OCD, a nationally recognized practice specializing in evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. She serves as faculty for the IODCF Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and has over 20 years of experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and parents of individuals with anxiety and OCD. Dr. Solomon is also particularly well known for her clinical and educational work in emetophobia (fear of vomiting). She is the co-founder of the Anxiety/OCD/BFRB Specialist Group, a professional community of more than 5,500 clinicians. Licensed through PsyPACT, she provides care in over 40 states and has a special passion for providing advanced training and consultation for therapists, physicians, and other professionals. Dr. Solomon has been honored to be a frequent presenter at conferences and guest on podcasts discussing OCD, emetophobia, and anxiety disorders.

Kim Leight is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience in private practice. She specializes in psychiatric evaluations and treatment with children and adults with anxiety, OCD and related disorders. Over the years she has worked closely with OCD-specialized therapists collaborating on patient care. Kim values the opportunity to educate groups, individuals and their families about evidence-based medication and supplemental treatment, giving them hope for a healthier future. Kim is an active member of the IOCDF.

Rachel, a Licenced Professional Counselor with decades of experience in the OCD and anxiety realm, is the Director of Epiphany Center for OCD and PTSD. She joined the OCD AZ Board in order to take her passion for promoting community and effective treatment options to the next level. This pursuit has become part of her life’s work, expanding beyond the therapy office walls to support and educate other professionals and the community about OCD and the need for quality treatment. Rachel also advocates for education, support, and community among those with lived experience.

Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona with more than 8 years of clinical experience, specializing in the treatment of OCD across the lifespan. She particularly enjoys working with neurodivergent individuals and the unique ways OCD co-occurs. She is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention and other evidence-based approaches for OCD and related disorders. Her clinical background includes intensive outpatient, outpatient, and residential settings treating anxiety-spectrum conditions, and she provides clinical supervision to clinicians developing OCD competency. Stephanie joined the board out of her commitment to advancing the standard of OCD care through community education and provider training.
